Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of delivery.  If your order has already been shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.  In the case of an order which has already been shipped, your refund will be issued once it is received back to us safely.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.

It is important that customers are aware that body piercing jewellery is exempt from distance selling regulations.  Any offer to accept returns is a gesture of goodwill by Gem's Body Jewellery and not a legal obligation.

Please note that only items that remain unopened in the clear bags can be returned.  Once the item is removed from the clear bag it is non-returnable.
All sizes are clearly stated on the website, if you are unsure about a size please refer to our piercing info pages where you will find help and information about how to choose the correct size.  If in any doubt please email before making your purchase and we will be happy to help.  We cannot exchange or refund any items due to incorrect fitting once the item has been removed from it's clear packaging.

Exchanging an item
You may exchange any items within 30 days of receipt, providing the item remains unopened in it's original clear packaging.

Damages or Faulty items
Whilst we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen usually due to poor care in transit. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please be sure to check your order carefully as soon as you receive it.  We cannot be held responsible for damaged or faulty items after you have been in possession of the item for 7 days.  We are only responsible for items damaged in the post or items with manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for items damaged accidentally or misused in any way. Dangly belly bars should not be worn underneath clothing or in bed.

No other purchase necessary.  
Please add ONE item to your shopping cart (if you try to add more than one the site will automatically make a charge of £1 for each item)

Normal shipping charges apply for orders under £10.00, FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over £10.00  Please don't expect to order only the free item and get free shipping aswell!!

Credit Cards
All orders are fraud screened and we will be notified if the address given does not match the address registered to the credit card.
If you require shipping to an alternative address, you must provide the Billing address AND the shipping address at checkout.
If you make payment by credit card with an incorrect billing address we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment minus a 5% admin fee.

Alternative Shipping Address
Shipping to an alternative address can be possible if payment is made by credit or debit card.  If you require shipping to an alternative address you must still provide the billing address. 
If you make payment by debit card and supply an incorrect billing address you will be subject to the same 5% admin fee deducted from your refund.

VAT
Our annual turnover does not currently reach the threshold that would require us to charge you VAT.  Therefore all prices shown on the website are the price you will pay, no VAT will be added.
