Shipping & Delivery

UK Orders
Orders under £10 are charged at £1.50 for standard delivery, £2.00 for recorded delivery or £5.50 for special delivery.
FREE shipping is available within the UK for orders over £10!

Orders over £25 are charged higher shipping rates for insurance purposes, if you would like to receive free standard shipping on your order over £25 please enter the code FREE at checkout.

If no-one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local postal point. 

Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days. 
We will contact you if there is any reason why your order may be delayed and longer than this.  Please be aware that although we do offer special delivery customers should not assume that this is a next day service, we will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but we are not always able to offer same day dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail 1st class post is generally delivered within 1-3 working days, however it can sometimes take longer and unfortunately Royal mail do not offer any guarantees for the delivery time with this service.  In line with their guidelines we ask customers to allow up to 15 working days, after which time if the order still has not been received we will ask them to begin an investigation.

International Orders
Orders from outside the UK will be shipped with the Royal Mail Airmail international Signed For service.  Delivery is usually within 3-5 days of dispatch.

Shipping within Europe is charged at £6.00, Worldwide shipping is charged at £8.00.  Orders over £30 will incur higher charges please conact me for details
Customers outside of the EU may incur import taxes. 
Please note that whilst we are happy to ship worldwide there are some countries who we cannot accept credit card payment from, if you are unsure please contact us.
